HAVE+ PERSON + VERB

GET + PERSON + To VERB

  • I can never get my sister to wash the dishes!



NEED 

My house needs to be repainted

The building needs to be painted

The garage needs to be cleaned

My laptop needs to be fixed

My car and your car need to be cleaned

My laptop needs fixing

 

Yesterday, I wanted to do my homework. However, I couldn’t do it because my laptop needed to be repaired. It’s like your laptop that needs fixing.
